Angela Merkel, the 53-year-old Chancellor of Germany, getting it done in a very low-cut gown while attending the opera in Oslo on April 12. Not surprisingly, Ms. Merkel's choice of formal wear is getting a lot of pub on the Continent. Maybe she's feeling the heat from France's latest first lady, Carla Bruni.
